Dr. Joseph L. Carbone:
Dr. Carbone attended St. John Fisher College graduating with a BS in Biology in 1978. He went on to attend podiatry school in Chicago, at the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine graduating in 1978 with his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree. Following this, Dr. Carbone completed a 1-year surgical preceptorship in Chicago.
Dr. Carbone has served as a Monroe County legislator and the president of the Monroe County legislature. He is also the past President of the Monroe County Podiatry Society. Dr. Carbone has served on the board of directors at the Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong, the Monroe Community Hospital, and Monroe Community College. Dr. Carbone is a Fellow at the American College of Podiatric Medicine. He is on staff at Rochester General Hospital and serves as the Chief of the Podiatry Division at the hospital.
